Information submitted here

Booking requests collect your name, phone number, optional email, collection address, selected tests and preferred date and time. Contact messages collect the details you enter in the form. This information is used to respond to your request and arrange collection.

Storage and access

In local demo mode submissions are stored on the computer running the app. In connected mode they are stored in the operator's Supabase project and accessible to authorised administrators. Do not submit medical reports through this website.

Payment processing

Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. When you choose to pay online, you are interacting with Razorpay's secure checkout environment. MyLabz does not store your card or payment details. For more information, see Razorpay's Privacy Policy.

Your choices

To ask about your information or request correction or deletion, contact info@mylabz.info. Your browser stores selected catalogue item IDs so your cart remains available when you return.

External services

WhatsApp and Google Maps open only when you choose their links and are subject to their own privacy terms. If enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile provides spam protection.
